Who We Are

Lazarus Gate Food Pantry provides food for families facing food insecurity in the Rockwood Area School District.

This ministry was organized in 2013 as a ministry of St Luke Lutheran Church in Rockwood in response to food insecurity throughout Rockwood Area Schools. When the church was closed and ultimately sold, the pantry moved to Messiah Lutheran Church in New Centerville.

Lazarus Gate Food Pantry typically distributes on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month from 3:30-5:00 P.M. Our schedule for 2025:
